These pretty cupcake wrappers will add a touch of elegance to your cupcakes.  They are printed on 100lb  cardstock in a pretty floral pattern that is done in a pastel pallet.  The cupcake wrapper is cut into the shape of a basket with a handle.  The handle is secured to the basket with white  brads, which allows the handle to move forwards and backwards to make placing your cupcakes inside easy.  The basket has a coordinating peach colored band that has been embossed with dots.  A white flower that has had the tips colored with a matching pink color is secured to the band.  
 
YOU will adhere the handle onto the basket.  It's easy to do with the brads, you just line up the pre cut holes and slide in the brad and then spread it open. 
PLEASE NOT THAT THE BRADS ARE VERY SMALL if you have a difficult time working with small items these maybe challenging for you.  If that is the case you can choose to purchase them with the handles already secured to the cupcake wrapper.
