Not every treasured toy was bought.
Some were stitched from whatever cloth was at hand, fitted with simple wooden wheels, and pulled faithfully behind little feet from morning until supper.

This little horse was inspired by those quiet farmhouse days, when imagination did the work and a handmade toy became a lifelong companion.
Made slowly from coffee-stained cloth, wool, burlap, twine, and wooden spools. Approximately 5", he carries the gentle character of something well loved and carefully kept.
