🦇The Roost at Farmstead Hollow Four individually handmade corn-husk bats By October, dusk comes early to the Hollow. That is when they begin to appear. Hanging beneath old branches and tucked along the edge of the woods, the Hollow Bats wait quietly while the last light slips from the fields. Made from dried corn husks, darkened by hand and suspended from gathered twigs, each one twists and folds in its own peculiar way — much like the things found in the Hollow itself. No two are quite alike. And around here, nobody asks where they go after dark. Some things are better left to the Hollow. Handmade corn-husk bats. Approximately 6–8 inches long. $20 each (21.80) + shipping $70 for colony (all 4) + shipping
